Steps of the Dental Implant Process
Meet with an oral surgeon to discuss your treatment options and receive your custom care plan.
If necessary, your surgeon will insert bone grafts. Once they heal, you will be ready for implant placement.
Your surgeon will surgically place the dental implants.
At a second surgical visit, your surgeon will uncover the implant and attach the abutment if this was not done during the initial procedure.
After the implants heal, your dentist will attach the final prosthesis.
