Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center to provide a new set of dental implants to a deserving local individual
Flint, MI (January 13, 2016) – Local oral surgeons Dr. Michael S. Frey, and Dr. Robert Lesneski, of Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center are offering a resident of Genesee or Saginaw counties a “second chance” to smile. One deserving recipient will receive a method known as Full-Arch Restoration to rebuild their teeth using dental implants to create a new set of fully functional, natural-looking teeth. Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center’s Second Chance program is taking a holistic approach and also aspires to enhance the overall health and well-being of the recipient.
“We feel very fortunate to be able to provide such an amazing opportunity to our community,” said Dr. Frey. “Their continual support is much appreciated and we felt it was time to provide something in return. We are excited to begin this process, really get to know the people of our community on an even more personal level, and provide a real second chance for someone in the New Year.”
Drs. Frey and Lesneski will partner with local prosthodontist Dr. Frederick Thompson to provide the Full-Arch Restoration to the final recipient. This is a revolutionary solution for patients who are missing teeth, are in the process of losing teeth, or have been told they will need dentures. The procedure will allow the recipient to experience the look, feel, and strength of natural teeth, while also enjoying their favorite foods again. This is a secure and lasting solution for those who suffer from multiple missing teeth.
A multitude of consequences may stem from poor oral health, and some lead to complications such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory infections, and even diabetic complications. Many dental implant candidates have experienced some physical or emotional struggle due to their oral health condition and would be deserving of this gracious gift. The decision to choose only one applicant to receive this complimentary treatment is sure to be heart-wrenching.
In addition to restoring oral function, a natural smile, and lifted self-esteem, the Second Chance program aims to improve the recipient’s overall quality of life by addressing other specific needs of the patient, such as therapy, career counseling, physical fitness, and more. Community members interested in becoming a partner in the program are encouraged to contact Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center or visit the donation page, https://greatermichiganoralsurgeons.com/donate/.
Interested individuals can visit Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center’s Second Chance program website (https://greatermichiganoralsurgeons.com/secondchance/) to learn more about the program and submit their online application. The application period is extended to residents in Genesee County, Saginaw County, and the surrounding areas and runs from January 13, 2016, to February 12, 2016.
